Introduction

SEDCO Valuers (K) Ltd is a professional registered valuations, estate management and

development consultancy operating in accordance with the Valuers’ Act Chapter 532

and the Estate Agent Act Chapter 533 of the laws of Kenya and in accordance with the Valuers Registration Board and Estate Agency Registration Board. Our directors are

current members of the Institute of Surveyors of Kenya (ISK) which is affiliated to

international professional bodies in the same field.

The company subscribes to the required prescribed standards and is governed by the

standards as stipulated in the Valuers’ and Estate Management Surveyors Hand book.

SEDCO Valuers (K) Ltd was registered in 2006 as a limited liability company of

professional Real Estate Consultants operating in Kenya, and it has since grown into a network that covers the entire country. The head office in Nairobi, serves Nairobi,

Central province and the surrounding regions. The offices in Eldoret and Nakuru serve the northern region, the one in Embu serves the Eastern province and Mombasa serves the coastal region.

The company maintains a professional indemnity cover in accordance with the

provisions of the Valuers Act Cap 532 and the Estate Agents Act Cap 533 with AIG

Kenya Insurance Co. Ltd of up to Kenya shillings Fifty Million (Kshs 50,000,000).
